Abstract
Dans l'opéra cantonais, le rituel de l'offrande au Tigre blanc est pratiqué à des fins d'exorcisme lors de l'inauguration d'un nouveau théâtre. Ce rituel est aussi exécuté pour éloigner le malheur, lors de la construction d'un bâtiment. Un ensemble de tabous rythme le rituel théâtral de la lutte entre la divinité de la chance et le Tigre blanc : superstition et religion sont ici liées
